I test this in every mbp until 2014 may work on later but they have different disk type.Ran into same issue with windows running on mac mini late 2012 with the new boot camp 6.

I managed resolve the sound card issue by getting bootcamp to install windows 10 on my MB PRO Late 2011 model using a DVD created from.
I even use a gpt and already installed windows disk from any laptop and put it into the mbp and installed bootcamp drivers and works like normal with all data from windows laptop. Installing Windows 10 only on late 2009 Macbook with 32gb ssd Mac Mini. if want to use both so, install windows on bootcamp partition only delete all partitions if u only wants windows. for windows 10 u have to right click the bootcamp 4 install and set windows 7 compatibility. I cant get both the iGPU and eGPU working in Windows without hot-plugging it in during the Windows logo. take off the hdd again and put it back to the mbp, and continue the windows install there. create a rufus usb memory using mbr option, take off the hdd from the mbp and put it into the normal windows pc, start installing windows like normal on the mpb HDD, delete all partitions and create new ones for use on windows and start installing, when the computer restart the first time after copy the system files etc.
